FRP bridge production

The good insulation performance of FRP bridges can ensure the electrical safety of such cables during the laying process, avoiding electrical accidents such as leakage caused by the bridge s conductivity

What type of cables are suitable for use with FRP cable trays?
Power Cables • Medium and low voltage power cables: including cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables and polyvinyl chloride insulated power cables with rated voltages between 1kV and 35kV. The good insulation performance of FRP bridges can ensure the electrical safety of such cables during the laying process, avoiding electrical accidents such as leakage caused by the bridge's conductivity, and its corrosion resistance can also provide stable support and protection for cables in different environments for a long time. For example, it is often used in cable laying scenarios between urban underground distribution networks and substations in industrial parks and power plants. • High and ultra-high voltage power cables: such as 110kV, 220kV and even higher voltage oil-filled cables, cross-linked polyethylene insulated high-voltage cables, etc., these cables have high requirements for the laying environment, and need to have laying conditions that can prevent external interference, ensure insulation and have good mechanical support. With its stable structure, excellent insulation and corrosion resistance, FRP bridges can provide suitable laying support for high and ultra-high voltage power cables in scenarios such as large hydropower station outlets and urban high-voltage transmission lines entering the ground. Control cables Control cables are mainly used to transmit control signals, measurement signals, etc., such as copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed control cables (KVV type), copper core cross-linked polyethylene insulated PVC sheathed control cables (KYJV type), etc.
The non-conductive, fire-proof and flexible customizable shape of FRP bridges facilitates the classification and regular laying of control cables, and can avoid mutual interference between different control signals. They are widely used in the control signal transmission of industrial automation production lines and the control cable laying of various systems in intelligent buildings (such as security systems, building automation systems, etc.). Communication cables • Coaxial cables: Commonly used in cable TV networks, monitoring system video signal transmission and other fields, such as SYV type (solid polyethylene insulated radio frequency coaxial cable), SYWV type (physical foamed polyethylene insulated cable TV system cable) and other coaxial cables. The insulation and anti-interference performance of FRP bridges help to ensure the quality of coaxial cable transmission signals and reduce the impact of external electromagnetic interference on signals, so that they can play a good role in the use of broadcasting and television systems, community monitoring wiring and other occasions. • Twisted-pair cable: including unshielded twisted pair (UTP) and shielded twisted pair (STP), commonly used in computer networks, integrated wiring systems and other fields. FRP bridges can provide neat and orderly laying space for twisted-pair cables, and their materials will not interfere with network signals, which helps to ensure stable and high-speed network communications. It is more suitable to be used with them in network wiring scenarios such as office buildings and data centers. Optical fiber cable • Single-mode optical fiber cable: commonly used for long-distance, high-speed communication transmission, such as backbone communication networks between cities, long-distance transmission lines of telecom operators, etc. FRP bridges can create a relatively safe and stable laying environment for single-mode optical fiber cables, prevent optical fibers from being physically damaged and chemically corroded by the outside world, and ensure low loss and high reliability of optical signal transmission. • Multimode optical fiber cable: widely used in relatively short-distance but high-bandwidth communication scenarios such as campus networks and local area networks, such as internal networks of corporate office buildings and campus networks. The advantages of FRP bridges can also be reflected in the laying of multi-mode fiber optic cables, providing good support, protection and orderly laying conditions to ensure efficient transmission of data signals by multi-mode optical fibers.
